White people tend to take for granted daily advantages and privileges that their skin color provides them resulting in an attitude of racism. Consequently, black people constantly suffer from the resulting attitudes of white people. Therefore, there is need to safeguard backs from the attitude of racism by whites because of the ignorance of the available privileges and advantages. One of the major ways that have been suggested as the best possible means of dealing with this racism problem and white supremacy is affirmative action. This is because these regulations were centered on failure to coerce individuals into positions they were unqualified for. As a result, it would enhance the institution's ability to develop practical procedures that help in identifying a diverse mix of competent people in the workplace.
